Station-side recording

Record all calls, including calls between internal extensions using station-side. Enhance your search and retrieval process by attaching various forms of metadata, including time stamp, date stamp, call duration, dialed number, caller ID, agent ID, etc.

Trunk-side recording

If you do not require internal extension-to-extension recording, trunk-side is a good option. Recording is performed in front of the PBX and you can capture calls regardless of the type of phone system being used.
